Starting December 1, 2025, FinCEN will require mandatory reporting on certain residential property purchases by non-individual buyers without institutional financing. We are offering Mini Zoom Sessions led by Cheri Hipenbecker to educate our partners and clients.

These sessions are short, informative, and ideal for solo agents and small firms. We have been prepped to help schedule local and in-person seminars to larger brokerages and lending groups in our local markets.
