Hello! We are currently looking to hire a new General Maintenance Technician. This position would be part-time to full-time and require someone who is skilled, trustworthy, and knowledgeable General Maintenance Technician. Seeking an accountable, dependable (and experienced) person who can work with our existing technician(s) and help with small and big projects. This person should be able to work well independently, but also with 2-3 other crew members at a time.

General work hours are Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), but subjected to a few weekend hours, depending on maintenance emergencies (ie. no heat, big water leak, etc.)

The job is part-time up to full time depending on the quality of work. This position can be flexible to work around other part-time jobs as well with no set schedule. Applicants must have their own vehicle and a valid drivers license.

Duties would include:

Cleaning units after tenants move out.

Cleaning common areas in commercial and residential buildings.
