The Olson family has been full-time professional landlords housing La Crosse Univeristy students for half a century. Dave and Elaine Olson custom-designed and custom-built many of the apartments they currently offer for rent. Hello everyone! Thank you for a great leasing season, we are officially full for the 2021-2022 School Year. There are a couple of apartments still with signing appointments, but unless something falls through we don’t have any more vacancies available for next school year. Thank you to everyone who has come for tours and thank you to everyone who rented with us!
