Back in 1970, Stuart Nolan founded StuartCo with a single 150-unit community in Saint Paul, Minnesota. More than five decades later, that vision has grown into a portfolio serving nearly 9,000 residents across 5,000+ units throughout the Twin Cities and into Wisconsin.
While our footprint has expanded, our foundation remains the same: YOUR HOME. OUR COMMITMENT. This guiding principle continues to shape how we serve residents, support our teams, and partner with owners and stakeholders every day.
