With fall 🍂🍁 and 🍎 season upon us I thought I would share this healthier apple crisp recipe I got from a friend! Easy and delicious. Tastes great with a dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt(I use the Oikos Triple Zero Brand) on top 👌🏻

For the 🍎
*5-6 Granny Smith 🍏 or apple of choice chopped (Sweet Tango are my favorite 😋)
*1 tbsp pure 🍁 syrup
*3 tbsp water
*2 tsp cinnamon

Mix apples well in those ingredients and pour into greased 13x9 pan

For the topping
*1 cup old fashioned oats
*1/2 cup almond flour (I used quinoa flour and it tasted great!)
*1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
*3/4 tsp cinnamon
*1/4 cup melted 🥥 oil
*1/4 cup pure 🍁 syrup

Mix ingredients and sprinkle over top of 🍎

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes and enjoy 😊
