Master bedroom No. 2
This room reminds me of my Nana. It just has that “Summer Vacation” vibe. When I go into that room, I instantly want to grab a book, and sit & enjoy the view of the backyard & those mountains. The floors will be tackled in this room next. But for now, we just hung some drop cloth curtains and added some cool furniture from & . Along with a new fan from and some decorative accents. The corner chair & yellow suitcases are vintage 1960s.

Upstairs floors. 102 year old Pine.
They were in rough shape. The middle bedroom (pictured) had carpet that was ripped. The two other bedrooms had yellow, lead-based paint on them. We pulled up the carpet & my father-in-law sanded them down (swipe for picture). Then I stained them with in Provincial. And my husband & I put two coats of polyurethane. We are obsessed with how they turned out.

We went with a neutral, western decor. Complete with drop cloth curtains, a new farmhouse fan from and a vintage armoire I refinished & added new hardware to. It’s hard to believe this room used to be an office with a motorcycle in it😅🤦🏻‍♀️
