Welcome to The Sacagawea! Available July 1st, this spacious one bedroom apartment offers all the charm that was built into this 1927 historic building. The views from this apartment’s 54” windows overlook Downtown, EOU, and let’s not forget MT Emily. It features coved ceilings, original hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom and subway and basket weave tile in the bath. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making meal prep a breeze. For your convenience coin- pop on-site laundry is available to tenants 24|7|365.
The building is heated during the cooler/colder months and our central boiler supplies hot water to your apartment within seconds. W|S|G are included.
Tenant(s) are responsible for Electric and Internet.

This apartment will rent for $1000.00, with a $1200.00 security deposit.
A well qualified tenant meets the income requirements of three times the base rent and has three years of good rental history.

NO PETS AND NO SMOKING, NO EXCEPTIONS!
