Just another reason to get an inspection - an AC condenser mounted upside down. The homeowner was wondering why their electric bills were so high… I think we found our answer!
It takes real creativity to install a unit this way and still have it somewhat functional. Props for the effort, but proper drainage and airflow are kind of important for these things.
Note to buyers: When the listing says “unique HVAC system,” this might be what they mean. 😅

Always hire licensed professionals, folks! Your wallet will thank you. 💸
