This was suggested to me by one of our reputable, local plumbers! He said this is all he uses.
He instructed to install these on every faucet, turn the faucet on/wide open. It has a sensor that will drip the faucet as needed based on the temperature.
Bonus, it was created by a fellow Texan!!
