We like steady, boring markets that have strong growth in employment, GDP and population like Indianapolis. Check out now the COVID months affected some markets. For instance, Indy’s rents grew over 1% and vacancy decreased almost 1%. San Francisco, on the other hand, saw rents reduce by 7.5% and vacancy increase 350 BPs.
