A basement can truly elevate the overall charm of a home! In this exciting Louisville project, we embarked on an insurance repair that blossomed into a fabulous renovation. While dealing with insurance companies can sometimes feel like a chore, we’re here to ensure you receive everything you deserve—and even more! By working hand-in-hand with our client to keep the existing first-floor flooring through rigorous sourcing of discontinued products, we were thrilled to achieve savings of over $10,000, putting that money right back in their pocket!

Our dedicated team tackled a complete reconstruction, which involved removing outdated vinyl flooring, installing stunning new solid wood floors, and refreshing the drywall in the foyer, hallway, and storage areas. Every wall was carefully primed and painted, and the addition of new stair treads and handrails for children's safety beautifully tied the space together.

We made sure to move and reset all contents with the utmost care, maintaining a tidy and organized approach throughout the entire process. The result—a freshly painted environment, gorgeous new flooring, and clean lines—transformed a once-worn area into a cozy extension of the home.

🔨 Kitchen Remodel Field Update! 🔨

Making great progress on this beautiful custom kitchen renovation!

This week our team completed the installation of the custom cabinetry, including floor-to-ceiling pantry storage, a built-in coffee/bar station, oversized drawer banks, and the island layout. The design is really starting to take shape, and we’re excited to see this space come together.
