Tuolumne County’s Manufactured Housing Opportunity & Revitalization—MORE—Program is accepting applications through October 15, 2026.

The program helps qualifying owner-occupants rehabilitate—or, in eligible cases, replace—their manufactured homes. Covered work may include:

• Roofing, plumbing and electrical repairs
• Heating-system improvements
• Accessibility upgrades
• Energy-efficiency improvements
• Correction of code violations and other health or safety problems

Household income must generally be at or below 80% of Tuolumne County’s adjusted median income. The manufactured home must be owner-occupied, everyone living in the home must be listed, and applications must include the required documentation.
