Nick and Kristin are married residing in Bird Rock, CA with a baby boy on the way! Kristin's extraordinary service earned her the title of "Rookie of the Year" when she first started in Real Estate 10 years ago. Kristin's superb organizational skills, work ethic, and sincere concern serve her clients well. Kristin is an avid oil painter, cookbook author and art connoisseur who enjoys travel while always happy to return to her home in La Jolla. Nick has extensive sales experience, working in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas for the last 10 years. A La Jolla High graduate, Nick attended Bridgewater State University on the East Coast. Nick is delighted to return to his hometown & naturally gravitated towards the Real Estate industry. Nick's Grandfather Dale Naegle, is an acclaimed Architect who brought the Case Study House design ideology to San Diego. Dale developed many areas in San Diego including La Jolla, Nick admires his Grandfather's designs including the famous Bell Pavilion AKA Mushroom House. Nick played college football, he enjoys golfing, cheering on the Padres and spending time with family.
