There is a saying in the Indian culture, "Tu Karm Kiyeja, phal ki chinta mat kar" which translates to "Keep doing the work and putting in the effort, don't worry about the fruits"

7 years ago when I started my Real Estate Journey, I'd look at all the fancy homes in La Jolla and wonder what goes into selling one of these big ones and what do I need to do?
I'd keep telling myself "One day". Now, I'm big believer in hard work and manifestation but above all I believe in myself.

This year has started with a BIGGEST BANG!! I'm so freaking excited and proud to announce that I have just closed my BIGGEST DEAL in Real Estate so far and made lifelong frds while doing it 😊
I'm incredibly proud of my friends and the hard work they have put over the years to be here. This is victory! Truly remarkable!

Back to the question I had 7 years ago "What do I need to do different to make these big deals happen?" And the answer, there is nothing I need to do differently (well maybe some marketing haha).
I just need to keep being myself and rest is going to connect itself!

This one is as beautiful as they come! It was such a pleasure helping my long time frd and William Stendardi buy his first home.

Incredibly quick and smooth closing. Just 21 days and $175,000 less than the original asking price. Brilliant savings if you ask me 🙂

One of the quickest and the smoothest escrows I have had. I was able to save them $50,000 in this competitive market. LOL also negotiated furniture too haha
I'm incredibly stoked to close on this beautiful home for my lovely friends! Little Liam and Ollie the puppy running around in the backyard together really put a smile on my face and solidified the feeling that I love love love what I do 🙂 Time for my friends to make plenty of memories there.

PS OLLIE took a massive s**t in the backyard the very minute we closed on the house as if claiming his territory hahahaha 🙂

I'm extremely happy and excited to share that we are in Escrow for this beautiful condo for my good Friends/neighbours and their puppies :)

After multiple previous offer getting rejected and some disappointments due to this crazy hard buyers market, this feels like an absolute victory. We actually had two of our offers accepted and we went with my buyers favorite choice.

I tell all my clients, "It is going to happen, when it is suppose to happen". We just do our best and keep faith!!

Buyers are happy, I'm happy!! Here's to a smooth escrow :)

Absolutely delighted to announce that we have closed escrow on this beautiful property in San Diego for my lovely friend Kayla.

Fast, transparent and good communication with the sellers agent did the trick for us. Based on the comps in the area, we put our best foot forward, had a clean and organized offer with and had open communication with sellers agent. Rest was up to the universe and everyone good wishes to make this happen.

We beat MULTIPLE offers, had a 14 day quick close, and my favorite, NEGOTIATED $22,000 of the asking price in this crazy market!!! This is Kayla's first home and she is finally relieved and extremely happy.

I'm extremely grateful, thankful to see you all happy in your new home Oasis! There's too much to brag about this beautiful property. From a gorgeous backyard, to a tree house, to a Sauna and plenty more... This is a perfect entertainers delight!
I can't wait to come party and celebrate with you all. I promise to do a back flip in the pool this summer and eat all the delicious Filipino food!
