For all you Life Coaches, Consultants, Lawyers, Psychologists, & others who get paid simply for giving advice...I've envied you for 26 years. So many times throughout my real estate career I have worked my tail off, I have bought lunches, I bought dinners, I have driven people around in sketchy places, I've gotten paint on my car in a construction zone, and I got paid absolutely nothing for it.
