What you see on Zillow is a version of the listing. What I see in the MLS is the whole file. 👀
Price reduction history, days on market, showing activity, listing agent notes, off-market status; none of that reaches public portals reliably or in real time. The MLS is the source. Everything else is a copy.
That gap matters when you're reading seller motivation, understanding pricing, or moving fast before a home goes public.
Access and interpretation are two different things. A great agent brings both.
