I’m excited and emotional 🥹🙏 to share that I’ve decided to step into my spiritual life coaching business full-time, and will be taking over the real estate business. I’ve been in this beautiful industry for eight years, and in that time, I have learned a tremendous amount not only about real estate, but myself and how when you believe in yourself, anything is possible🙌. I’m so grateful to all of the clients I’ve been blessed to work with, the incredible agents who I’ve done deals with or have supported me from day one - you know who you are 🤍 - because my journey wouldn’t have been possible without you.

As I move onto this next chapter, I’ve never felt more aligned in my entire life. Every obstacle or challenge I’ve faced along the way, I now realize, had a bigger purpose. I had to live what I now teach so that I could truly support others in a way that came from beyond just rhetoric and theory - teaching what I’ve learned from study - as what I now support others on, I’ve lived it myself.

I used to be the most stressed and anxious person in the room. My goal was to get somewhere, at some point in the future, where I could finally rest, be at peace, or recognize I was enough. I now know for sure that that journey can only occur from within, not out there - where we believe it will come once we have more money, more stuff, a better job, a better body, etc. I’ve never been at more peace in my life, even while my circumstances are new and uncertain. The way I feel is a choice I make, no longer dependent on what the world looks like around me. This is how we are meant to live. Stop waiting for tomorrow for your life to begin, let me show you how🫶.

I created a top five mistakes that are costing you money for seller’s, so I think it’s only fair to write one up for buyer’s too🤓. They want to save money just as much as anyone, am I right? While buyers think they may not have control or leverage in the market, that is simply not true. By preparing, doing your homework, and having a realistic approach, buyers are the ones that ultimately determine the price of homes, while sellers create that price. Creating it means nothing if it isn’t something buyers are willing to pay, so in the end, no matter what, one could say that buyers have the upper hand. How lucky I am 🥰

I had the opportunity to put together these beautiful centerpieces for the Gala tonight, a small part of all the aspects that has gone into creating this event that I’ve had the opportunity to watch from the sidelines on. To me these bouquets are metaphor for how this whole night has come together, all of the individual pieces beautiful on their own, but once combined as a whole, they truly create a statement.
At the beginning of the year, decided to take on the commitment of chairing the Gala, which is normally done by their Executive Director. He saw there was a need, and said yes without hesitation. He has volunteered countless hours since, sincerely taking it on as a full-time job over the past few weeks. This includes securing the event venue, the DJ, the photographer, orchestrating all the details with all the other incredible volunteers for the auction items, developing the scripts and run of show for the event itself, all the promotional aspects, and even the platform to secure tickets and donations. I’m so blessed to have a Husband with such a big heart who was willing to give without bounds. This is such an incredible organization to be a part of, and while tonight is about raising money to support the foster and at risk youth here in San Diego, it is an experience that represents what can occur when we truly show up in love, passion, and commitment, and knowing that we’re here truly to support each other🥹🤍. I love you so much Tyler, and I can’t wait to be to enjoy an evening that you’ve put your heart and soul into. Cheers to you my love 😘.

Here is my game plan if I were planning to sell my home before the end of 2025:

👉Strategically developing your pricing
This may be the most important step of all. If you listen to nothing else but this, you’ll set yourself up for success when it comes to listing, and most importantly, selling your home. Because overall demand isn’t as high as it is in the spring or summer, you’ll want to counteract that by creating your own demand through pricing. If you price too high, you will likely not gain the attraction and leverage to ensure a quick sale at the best price possible. When you price at, or even slightly below, you are not leaving money on the table, as some might say. In fact, you’ll most likely get more that you would if you priced high, and then had to do a price reduction or two.

In most years, we tend to see a slowdown in overall activity from August to January year over year. This tends to occur because people are back into the swing of life post summer, and are in preparation or in the midst of the Holidays. While it is certainly possible to sell and have a great experience doing so, you’ll want to make sure you develop a strategy that takes this slowdown in the market into consideration🤓.
