I’m grateful to have been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal. Unlike many of the other accomplishments my team and I have been fortunate enough to achieve this year, this one isn’t just from within the Real Estate Community. It’s inclusive off all industries here in San Diego County.

Awards tend to be about prestige and bragging rights. For me, this has all served as much needed proof of concept for our extremely non-conventional adaptation of the job description. Full service, value add real estate representation with an emphasis in intensive, high ROI pre-market property preparation and state-of-the-art digital media, as a standard to selling real estate.

It’s scary telling a seller that their kitchen is dated and that I’d like to rip it out to rip out prior to listing, after the 5 other agents that they interviewed assured them that the property is just perfect as-is. That with 30 days, $10k and a little faith, that I can get them another $100k.
