Social Media + Appointment + New Owners in 30 days✨

When my client connected with me, they were a bit skeptical about the process but they knew it was a BIG GOAL they wanted to check off their goal list for 2026.

We talked about the market, things to be on the lookout for, inspections, commissions 💵💵, how the contingencies work, and all of the WHAT IF’s.

Each house we saw, we talked about if this house was a good fit or if we needed to move on…

We compared price per sq Ff, neighborhoods, layouts & renovations, the natural light, where would the couch go, and does the dog have enough space?!

There was even a house they loved, but after my convo with the other side I knew I needed to be upfront and share with them info that wasn’t aligned with what they were ultimately looking for… it was tough letting that one go!

I am so excited for the day my clients get their keys. Theyve planned for it, talked to the right people, had patience, compared, let ones go that didnt align.

My sellers started a new journey today, but our strategy started months ago.

I sat down with them in their living room and had an honest conversation about the market, what buyers are looking for, how homes are being evaluated, and why pricing for the market of today is what ensures your property doesn’t get overlooked!

We set our strategy and I got to work:

Preparing the home
Filmed the videos
Pitched it at Broker Caravan
Door knocked the neighbors
Put out SIGNS, SIGNS, and more SIGNS!
And… welcomed over 30 prospective buyers and managed overlapping private showings!

In just 15 days, I negotiated multiple offers with favorable terms for my sellers, and we got to work!

Today, I had the pleasure of saying goodbye to my clients as they closed one chapter and stepped confidently into the next. Moments like this are a reminder that behind every sale, is a family, a transition, and a plan that made it all possible.

Burnout doesn’t usually show up as a dramatic crash. It’s a slow fade- less energy, less creativity and less you.

I’ve learned the hard way, and rely on the people in my corner when I find myself in moments on burn out.

Tired horses don’t win races, and neither do exhausted entrepreneurs trying to pour from nothing.

So this is your reminder (and mine) rest on purpose, reset often, and protect the version of you that’s actually capable of winning.

Showing up for myself, means I show up for my people. That’s a non negotiable.

I barely knew anyone when I moved here in 2016

I just went to school, studied, and went home 🙃 but I knew I needed to take the time to explore this new exciting city… then I stumbled upon North Park & also mastered the skill of parallel parking 😅🙌

North Park was close to San Diego State, plenty of coffee shops to choose from, and at the time I spent hours in coffee shops cramming for finals or and when I needed a break I could stroll through the shops or get a bite to eat at any of the local restaurants: Thai, Burgers, Ramen, Pizza…

Coming from Ventura, it felt very familiar to the downtown I was used to & I felt like I was at home. This was very comforting because my early years in San Diego felt lonely 🥲 and so finding a neighborhood made me feel like I wasn’t just here to visit but starting to build a community and routine 🫶

Over the years, I learned that after a certain time of the day you uber to North Park 🤣 but that it’s a neighborhood that has something for everyone! And is vibrant and a lot is happening throughout the whole day.

If I had to plan a night out in North Park here would be my itinerary:

1) Dinner at Leila’s ( go after 9PM) if you don’t make a reservation… you might get lucky!
2) Make a pitstop .hifi
3) End your night or for karaoke with your friends.
