🌟🌟🌟 Yay, my friend is moving back to San Diego & she bought a townhome! We came in aggressive because there were 4 other buyers we were competing against. This listing agent was great at communicating, which surprisingly isn’t always a given. He shared what was important for the sellers so we knew how to position our offer. We weren’t even the highest price but won by how we expressed interest & presented really strong other terms. So happy for my friend!
