About the Role: As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between our manufactured housing and accounting departments. Your responsibilities include managing financial transactions, resident inquiries, and improving relations between the two departments. You'll report to our Accounting Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate efficient financial operations.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✅ Preferred certifications: CPA or CMA

💻 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
🗣 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
🧩 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
📐 Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity
👥 Ability to work independently and collaboratively

🏡 Experience in property management or mobile home park accounting (a plus)
