San Diego has vibrant and creative dance communities from modern dance to swing, tap and bachata. There are fun and exciting events, performances and classes county-wide if you just look.

We missed a super creative event this weekend - Trolly Dances

The San Diego Dance Theater has partnered with the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System for the past 26 years. Each year, tour guides from SDDT have lead groups of audience members on and off the trolley to view original pieces of site-specific choreography performed by more than 50 community and company dancers.

Here are a two more creative modern dance events to look forward to and that merit talking about:

The Rosin Box Project (TRBP) ballet company invites you to Ghost Light Masquerade, a production that illuminates untold stories through mesmerizing choreography, audience interactions, and hauntingly beautiful dance. Even though there were more single-family homes available in Chula Vista in June 🏘️🏘️🏘️
it's still a seller's market since inventory is lower compared to last year

Homes are staying on the market one extra day
But its not enough to shift the balance in favor of buyers⚖️
And competition is still keen for house hunters

It's GREAT NEWS for sellers!
On average home prices are up and homes are selling for more than the list price too💲💲💲
