Has the return of 7% mortgages got you bummed? How about all the media reports that housing prices may drop further? Well, here's a fact-based look at the situation which explains we are NOT falling off a cliff like we did in 2008:

Home sales are very low. Mortgage rates have spiked back to 7%. New mortgage fees have eroded affordability for some. But the news isn't all bad.
