Super exciting to beat out multiple offers and close on this beautiful east county home for my wonderful clients.

These clients came to me over 6 years ago. We got started looking at homes and then had to put the search on hold. They came back to me a couple years later and then ended up having an opportunity to buy a property from a family member. Awesome. I told them to snag it.
We reconnected a couple months ago and they turned the other property into an investment property and wanted a home for their family. Well today we made it happen. We closed on this 4 bedroom home with a pool and owned solar.

Geckos got the win! Jett got the game ball! Crushed his only at bat today.
