While 2020 was a year of challenges, it was also a year of learning to adapt and overcome obstacles. It was a year of getting creative, thinking outside the box and finding new ways to connect.

It was my greatest year in Real Estate to date.
I joined an amazing team and found myself more in love with helping people.
I found comfort and joy in helping others achieve their dreams.

I will strive to do even more for people in 2021. Thank you to those that are imperative to my success, wouldn't be here without you.

Many buyers are frustrated with the market and the extremely low level of inventory we are seeing.

I get it!

I looked at 38 homes before I found mine OFF Market. What does that mean...it means the public didn't even know it was for sale!

It wasn't on Zillow - it wasn't on Redfin, other buyers weren't looking at it!!! This meant I wasn't competing for the property, it didn't get bid up in price, in fact I bought it $30,000 BELOW what they were going to list at!

I have helped many buyers find homes exactly like I did and I can help you too!

December is the time when I look back, evaluate my business, reach out to those I have been so blessed to help over the last year and I have to say.... I am just so incredibly blessed and grateful!

Thank you to the families that have trusted me to help them achieve their real estate goals in 2020!

Many of my sellers capitalized on the low housing inventory and cashed out their equity with multiple offers from buyers. Meanwhile, my buyers capitalized on the extremely low interest rates getting the deal of the decade on their loan!
