I love helping my clients find their perfect home. This particular one was extra special. My client reached out to me almost a year ago. When we spoke she told me she was a single mother of 5 kids, and because of some recent tragedies, she had made up her mind to start a new life in San Diego. Living and working here all my life, I know San Diego isn’t the most affordable city or the easiest to start a new life, but I was determined to help her. A few days ago I got to meet the kids and do a final walk through. They are the sweetest and so very excited for their new home and city! Between The seller, the other agent, myself and my buyer, there was not a dry eye in the house! We did it! This mama is fierce and strong and I know she will create a beautiful life here! I am so happy I was able to help her on this new journey. 💕
