I finally found one! I’ve seen other home inspectors around the country pull them out of roofs, but here is bullet I found on a roof out in Prineville.
I always try and walk the roof instead of using a drone or those goofy camera poles, because honestly it’s tough to see what’s going on with a composition roof unless you have your eyes on it.

At Obsidian Inspections our reports are already very detailed but as a precaution and just because you don’t know what’s going to happen at times, every home inspection comes with a 120 day home warranty.
This means all those things that could’ve been hidden behind a book case or dishwasher that all of sudden decide to stop working on move in day, will be covered.

Plus, we are also doing home energy audits and Blower door testing for those homes requiring Home Energy Scores.

Along with our well flow and water quality testing, we now are offering well draw-down testing on wells!

We will be offering draw down testing on our well flows in the next few weeks, we’re just waiting for some new equipment to arrive. This will be an added service to our well flow testing. Well flow tests are $200.00 and are discounted to $100.00 with the purchase of a home inspection, as well as most of our extra services are also discounted with the purchase of a general home inspection.

Yeah we do that, we can handle a sewer scope and home inspection all at the same time, as well as mold testing, well testing. We have also started to provide home energy audits and blower door testing.
