If you know me you know being a Mother always comes first in my life and business. I consider myself blessed every single day to have been able to be their mom. But I can only attribute who I am today to the women who made me who I am. Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful women who were Mothers before me and made me the Mother that I am. 🖤

Condition MATTERS.

This is one of the number one things I’ve always told my clients.

You can walk into a home and tell the homeowner who does their quarterly maintenance and the ones who don’t.

Then when it’s time to sell, you find yourself rushing around, trying to make sure everything’s working like it should, and things explode in your face.

I’ve walked into 1970s homes that almost seem encapsulated in time because they are so well taken care of.

This is what first time buyers should want.

Not a flip using the cheapest possible contractors they could find.
