I finished this entire Daily Gratitude journal and it changed my life.

When I say changed my life, I mean it.

It changes the way you treat people, the way you love yourself, your connection with God, nature, your business, everything.

Here are a few of my favorite entries from the past year.

As you can see, it really is just the littlest things that truly matter and the reason we exist.

Be grateful today, for the tiniest most mundane things because what point is there in living without finding joy in everything you do.

Exactly.

Let’s say you want to be in a new home and settled by middle of November at the latest so you can host Thanksgiving.

That means we need to be under contract at LEAST 30 days before Nov 11th putting us around October 12th to have a contract signed & complete.

That give us 7 weeks

That’s it.

7 WEEKS.

To get your pre approval letter if needed, find your dream home and get it under contract.

Maybe for someone like me, that feels like a challenge. LETS GOOOO

Their orange crush was something spectacular. It was completely unique from all the rest, and of course the vibes are a 1000/10, and they also have an entire fleet of crush flavors that are to die for. (Comment below if you want to see our taste test of the fleet. 😉)

At the end of the day, interest rates definitely are a factor for some people, but my biggest piece of advice is always to move when it makes sense for you and your family.

Time in the market is better than time out.

But seriously, if any of your high ticket items are 20+ years old, it might be time to have a talk if you’re getting ready to sell.

With interest rates on the rise, we have to be prepared for buyers who are a little bit more picky.

That means if every single large ticket item in your home needs an upgrade, you can’t ask top dollar pricing.
