Rosewicks pool is now open!

We want to wish everyone a Happy Memorial Day and we hope everyone can enjoy the pool and amenities on this amazing holiday.

Please remember:

🌞All residents need a pool pass to enter the pool
🌞All guests and residents need to sign in with the lifeguard on duty( $5 per guest, 2 guests per household)
🌞All minors (under the age of 16)need to be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18).

Please feel free to ask the life guard on duty if you have any questions regarding pool rules and regulations as they are the overseers of the Rosewick Pool.

All applicants have to ;

Add the residents name and unit number onto the application, sign their lease and pay the required security deposit within 72 hours after approval, and move in on the expected move in day. Then you will be able receive your rent concession the following month.

We are so excited to announce our latest community give back project. Now through June 15th we will be accepting Women’s clothing and accessory donations to give to the amazing folks at My Sister’s Closet! We have the most generous residents and know as a community we will make a big difference for women in need! See flier for items we are collecting. At this time we are not accepting men’s or children’s items.
