Three properties. Three different buyers. All under contract. ✅

It was a busy weekend getting contracts negotiated, signed, and ratified all the way through Sunday evening, but we're officially under contract on all three properties that were part of this estate sale.

Estate sales can be complex, with multiple heirs, court requirements, and moving pieces to coordinate. Having experience navigating those challenges can make a big difference in keeping everything on track.

Now it's on to inspections, contingencies, and getting all three transactions successfully to the closing table.
