We are in Leonardtown!
When my clients started looking for their forever home, they had specific requests including a main level bedroom with a full bath (HARD to find these days!) and room for the kids to play with their friends. in LaPlata! This one took a little patience from everyone 😓

We were initially under contract with a great family who needed to sell their home in order to move forward. When they didn't get their home under contract in time, we had to go back to active. 😫Interest picked up again (busy open house!) and just before we went under contract again, the original family swooped back in with their home under contract and locked this beauty in! When I say real estate transactions are sometimes an emotional roller coaster, I mean it! I am SO happy for sellers who can move on to their next chapter and buyers who pressed on to make sure they got the home they wanted! Congratulations all around! 🎉🎉🎉
