We closed on 3024 Spring Hill Ln. Worked with a fellow veteran. Wishing David and Sara a life time of wonderful memories. Also wanted to thank Rebecca for referring me to them. Could not make it closing which I hated due to I have not missed closings but twice in eleven years.

Working on several contracts and have some offers and waiting on decisions. Could not come at a better time with some of the hospital bills. But that's life and it's good.

Closing on 13727 FM 355 tomorrow. Can't make the closing. The first one I have missed in eleven years. The buyer is the friend and client that sold Del Bello. Also got a contract on 312 S. Utah. Hope everyone is staying cool in this hot weather.

Closed on Henderson on Tuesday. Now Daniel and Dora can start making many wonderful memories and with a new baby due in August I'm wishing them all the best. Can't wait to see it once they make the changes. They were wonderful to work with.

Looks like I'm going to get an offer on my Del Bello property. Could not come at a better time. I hope it's a good one as the seller's are really great people (Don & Stacie King) and have been a joy to work with. Feeling really blessed today.

Wrote two contract over the weekend one over list price and one at list price and both were rejected because of higher offers. I wondering if these home's will appraise at these higher prices. Only time will tell.

The market us really crazy now. If your think about selling your home your in luck. Most home in this market are getting above list price. If your a buyer expect to pay more than list if you really want the house. The ones that are turn key and ready to go sell in a day or two. If you see a house in HAR.com don't waste time. Give me a call and I will get you going on finding and purchasing the home of your dreams. I can also set you up on auto email that sends you the listing the day that the home's are listed. Home sellers give me a call and I will get your home on the market while this market is in the sellers advantage due to lack of inventory.
