As if selling houses isn’t hard enough, some (presumably drunk) senior crashed into this truck with enough speed to push it out of its driveway and onto my Seller‘s yard, then take out the mailbox pillar on this residential side street.

Grandbabies are a priority, right? Have laptop; will travel! And somehow, even chasing baby snuggles, I managed to keep making my clients a priority with their real estate goals – despite a slower market this year.

There are opportunities in every market. I don’t make the market, but I can interpret it for you. (Also no.4 in written sales for my office this April -$1.26M is not bad for a month with a grandbaby detour. Although - - I’ve been working with him for 10 years - another story!)
I just wanted to talk a little real estate alongside my usual authentic silliness. Both are me. Work hard, play well. .

Ps. This first slide came from Career Compass, a training organization. When I called to source this exact statistic, I was answered, “Everyone knows this and is reporting it”. I dug no further and was unable to validate through NAR. BUT, whatever the real number is, many agents are supplementing their income with additional jobs….
