Team Leader, Executive Assistant and REALTOR® Vicki Dawson’s twenty-five plus years’ experience in the real estate industry uniquely positions Vicki to keep Brad Schmett Real Estate Group functioning at the highest level. Vicki, an award-winning member of the real estate industry since 1980, has held several management positions, earning her California real estate license in 2001. Vicki loves being a valued member of Brad Schmett Real Estate Group and particularly enjoys assisting individuals through complex situations, finding solutions to challenges and exploring the creative aspects of thinking and acting “outside the box”. Her clear understanding of concise organizational systems and the implementation of those systems, coupled with her strong work ethic, empowers her to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations in Brad's office. As a “future-thinker”, Vicki is looking forward to continuing to assist Brad and the team in reaching their goals and continuing with the team’s high level of success. She served as the 2011 President of the local chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and also in a state position as a 2012 California Women’s Council of REALTORS® District Vice President. Born in Oklahoma, Vicki was raised in Riverside, California and now makes her home in La Quinta. Naturally active, it is unlikely that Vicki will slow down anytime soon!
