It was my honor to help my clients sell this striking property in La Quinta Cove. They had rented it for years as it grew in equity. Once the tenant moved out, I advised them on marketable improvements and we staged it. This resulted in a quick sale (under contract in 8 days) at very near list price.

Homes in La Quinta Cove are very diverse and usually there is something for everyone’s tastes and budget. The Cove is home to numerous chefs, musicians, award-winning architects, designers, and artists.

La Quinta Cove does not have a HOA so there are no fees. The Cove Neighborhood Association (CNA) works with the city and all City of La Quinta codes are strictly enforced. With no HOA residents are not bound by Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs). This allows for each resident to express themselves through their homes contributing to the wide array of colors and styles seen in this community.

Architectural styles within La Quinta Cove include; Santa Fe Pueblo, Mediterranean, and Mid-Century Contemporary. With more inventory than we’ve seen in the last 3 years, there are many to choose from.
