CONGRATULATIONS to the Buyers of this stylish property in Indian Palms Country Club in Indio! It’s was an honor for Liz and I to represent them in their first California real estate purchase!!

IPCC is a gated golf community that is located directly across from the world renowned Empire Polo Fields, home to annual music festivals, including Coachella and Stagecoach. There are a total of about 2300 homes in 17 different HOAs within the gates, many of which allow short term rentals. This resale property was 2 years new, beautifully decorated, and has a great view of the golf course from its backyard pool. The buyers got the deed and could apply for a short term rental permit and start renting it right way. Of course, they are also looking forward to escaping the Minnesota winters and staying in it as a family as well!
