a love letter to my first year as studio coordinator đź’Ś
Raiderettes The Studio has challenged me, changed me, and propelled me into the highest version of myself I never thought possible. Helping to lead the next generation of dancers, host countless studio events, and cultivate a collaborative-driven community has been one of the biggest honors. I’m so grateful for every minute I’ve spent in this studio (my home away from home!) both as a Raiderette and now as a staff member. A million thanks to our incredible dancers who exude passion, energy, diligence and grace. To our families who dedicate their time and support to every class, rehearsal, and event. To the Raiderettes who make every moment magical and help bring these visions to life. To Raiderettes Director - Tiphanie and nflqt for running a stellar program and trusting me in the forever growth of our studio. And to Shaye Lemke for capturing all the magic in between. You are all rockstars and I am proud to be by your side through it all. To year one and many more to come! 🩶🖤
