She holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and has garnered a reputation for excellence and professionalism in the communities she serves. With experience as a project manager and estimator of fire protection in Chicagoland construction projects, Leah possesses a keen sense of the development and building process. She further honed her skills as a key member of a third-generation family-owned mechanical repair business, where she excelled in IT implementation, safety protocols, and process improvement. During her tenure, Leah became actively involved in the local business community, and she continues to serve as Vice President of the La Salle Business Association. Through this organization and other community involvement, Leah went on to serve as Economic Development Director for the City of La Salle. Her extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal incentives such as TIF, EDGE, Façade improvements, Historic Designation, Enterprise Zones, and local/county zoning makes her an invaluable asset to clients. Leah is the owner of a fully rehabbed 135-year-old building in her hometown of La Salle, specializing in Downtown Rehabilitation and revitalization projects, leasing, and sales. Leah is affiliated with the Real Estate Group, an affiliate of Coldwell Banker Commercial, with 61 offices in four states (IL, WI, MI, IN) and over 1,600 residential and commercial brokers and Realtors®. Combining Coldwell Banker Commercial's core values with the latest technology and analytic data, Leah offers a comprehensive range of services that includes tenant representation, site selection, consulting services, landlord representation, and construction management. Leah is well-positioned to provide services throughout the State of Illinois but focuses on the I-80/I-39 corridors in north-central Illinois. Her specialties include land acquisition and development, retail development, commercial & industrial property sales and leasing, business sales and consulting services. In addition to her professional achievements, Leah is actively involved in the local community and volunteers her time as Vice President of the La Salle Business Association, a member of IV Leads, and a School Board Member of the Lighted Way Association. She has received numerous honors and awards, including the Businessperson of the Year Award for 2022 in La Salle, Caring for Our Community Award in September 2017 and the 40 Under 40: Great Expectations Award in October 2012.
