She further honed her skills as a key member of a third-generation family-owned mechanical repair business, where she excelled in IT implementation, safety protocols, and process improvement. During her tenure, Leah became actively involved in the local business community, and she continues to serve as Vice President of the La Salle Business Association. Through this organization and other community involvement, Leah went on to serve as Economic Development Director for the City of La Salle. Her extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal incentives such as TIF, EDGE, Façade improvements, Historic Designation, Enterprise Zones, and local/county zoning makes her an invaluable asset to clients. Leah is the owner of a fully rehabbed 135-year-old building in her hometown of La Salle, specializing in Downtown Rehabilitation and revitalization projects, leasing, and sales. Leah is affiliated with the Real Estate Group, an affiliate of Coldwell Banker Commercial, with 61 offices in four states (IL, WI, MI, IN) and over 1,600 residential and commercial brokers and Realtors®.
