Happy day for my buyer! When we first began the home buying journey, I honestly didn’t know if we’d be able to find him what he was looking for. Fast forward a couple of months and he’s now the proud owner of a home right next door to his mom and right down the road from his workplace. As an added bonus, it has the land, garage and living space he was after! The stars sure aligned on this one and this family was pure joy to work with! ✨

I originally put this property under contact on the 10th, the same day I had my gallbladder out. Then my buyer back out… no worries! I put it back under contract today with a different buyer! If you have a great property, there is always more than one buyer that would be happy to have it and I have lots of buyers just waiting for the right property! Happy day for these amazing buyer! 🥳

Showing homes and writing offers in my hometown! 🥰

Once in awhile, you put a home under contract and you just about cry. That was me this evening! We had a lot of obstacles to overcome to get to this day. A home to sell, a deadline, a super competitive market, rising interest rates, etc., etc. We looked at houses, sometimes alone at open houses or by owner listings, sometimes together at scheduled showings, and we wrote offers! But none of them worked out until now, because none of those other houses were meant to work out, because they weren’t the one! Now, we found the one and we’re headed home! Such a big congratulations to my buyer! We did it! Yay! 🥳

Such a fantastic day for my buyers!
Rome is a magical place to retire! ✨
I can’t wait until this home is officially theirs.

Gallbladder out in the morning and land sale in the afternoon! Super happy for my buyer! Can’t wait to see what the new build looks like!
*Note: land was not shown today and offer was not written today!
*Also, sadly this transaction won’t pay for the gallbladder removal surgery! 😜

It is hard to put into words, what an amazing human Geri Pettersen - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices-True Realty really is. All of those great qualities she possesses are what make her such a fantastic realtor. In an era where it seems there are more slimy realtors than ever before, the cream really does rise to the top and Geri is proof of that. Congrats to my friend, my colleague, my therapist, and my mentor! Well deserved! 🎉

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗨𝗠 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗘𝗦! 🔥

Geri Pettersen is officially on a roll! 👏🏡

For the 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗗 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝘄, Geri has earned her place in the Millionaire’s Club... this time closing out August with an incredible 𝗦𝟮,𝟳𝟮𝟮,𝟵𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀! 🔑

That kind of consistency speaks volumes. It represents months of showing up for her clients, navigating negotiations, solving problems, answering the phone, getting deals to the closing table & helping buyers and sellers confidently take their next step.

What a wild weekend of real estate!
Showings at Castle Rock, Weyauwega, Adams, Lyndon, Baraboo, and Wonewoc!
So many new clients and some great activity and conversations with existing clients.
I feel like I was born to sell real estate and I’m fully aware that I would not be as good at it, if I hadn’t done everything else in my life prior to beginning this passion project!
I’m so thankful to be doing something that I love, that I can balance with my career, that introduces me to so many amazing people that I am able to assist and affords me a better quality of life.
Finally, I’m thankful to be at Berkshire, such a supportive and collaborative environment! I’m forever thankful to Josh Lamp and Geri Pettersen for bringing me in, wish I would have done it sooner!
