My first transaction with these clients was about 25 years ago, when their kids were โ€œlittle kids.โ€ Those kids are now grown, raising children of their ownโ€”and yes, Iโ€™ve had the privilege of helping them with real estate, too!

Through the years, Iโ€™ve been part of several moves and life transitions for this fun family. This time, I helped my original clients sell their home AND purchase their next oneโ€”with plenty of laughs, friendly jokes, a handful of stress (moving does that) and hugs on closing day!

And the cherry on top? Their home was purchased by a young man buying his very FIRST home. ๐Ÿ”‘ One family moving into a new chapter while another is just beginning theirs.

Thank you for trusting me againโ€ฆand again...and again. Twenty-five years later, I think itโ€™s official: Iโ€™m their family real estate agentโ€”and I couldnโ€™t be happier about it. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Wishing everyone many happy memories in their new homes and new chapters. โค๏ธ Itโ€™s never just about real estate.

Congratulations to my terrific sellers on the closing of their Dutch Hollow Lake home! ๐Ÿ ๐ŸŸ

They built this home, planted every tree, flower and shrub, and created the kind of stunning property that everyone knew when you mentioned it. Life changes, and it was time for them to move to something a little easier to maintainโ€”and for a new owner to love what they created.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of this chapter in your life journey. Itโ€™s never just about real estate โค
