📢 Federal Reserve Keeps Interest Rates Steady 📢

The Federal Reserve has maintained benchmark interest rates at 5.25% to 5.5%, marking the eighth consecutive meeting without a change. Fed Chair Jerome Powell highlighted a balanced labor market, eased inflation, and a low unemployment rate, indicating a normalizing economy.

Mortgage rates hovering around 7%, with slight decreases since May
Existing-home sales have slowed, but pending sales grew by 4.8% from May to June
