UNDER CONTRACT...and still 3 months from completion. 👏

I had a feeling this one at 161 Hondo Ridge in La Vernia was going to move quickly.

The amount of interest we’ve had on this home has been incredible, and honestly, I think a big part of that came down to the details and vision behind the design.

We spent a ton of time making sure the renderings truly matched the floor plan and elevation from Hot Tin Roof Custom Home Design so buyers could really picture what this home was going to become before it was even finished. Marketing Matters!
