My sweet military clients PCS’ing from Okinawa closed on this wonderful home last month, and I am so excited to watch them take on this next chapter❤️

I have so much to say about this house and these clients, I’m not even sure where to start! But the overall message is: Everything happens the way it’s supposed to🤍

My sellers (and close friends) are going through a BIG life transition, and have endured some major heartbreak recently.

We were originally planning to list in February (and then March, then April) but the Army had other plans😏 Photos were scheduled and rescheduled more times than I can count, and my poor Sellers felt like they couldn’t catch a break.

But over and over, I just kept saying, “It will all work out how it’s supposed to- it always does.”

And boy did it ever. They used the extra time to finish all of my prep suggestions, and we listed at the perfect time.

The market response was overwhelming and they received SIX over asking price offers, and several more verbal offers. With just two days on market, they accepted an unbelievable offer with killer terms- they even got a free rent back! Way over asking price, no inspection and appraisal gap coverage (which we didn’t need🥳).

I simply couldn’t be happier for my clients, and I am SO excited for their next chapter of life. They will be so missed here in WA, but they belong in Utah❤️ Love you guys!

My client was surprised when I told them I’d be there for listing photos. She said when they sold their previous home, the listing agent just sent a photographer… with no instructions😧
