This is Ellen Holmes the Realtor 360-870-1737 for the owner of the property. Craig was my first contact calling the company. He was easy to work with and not a hassle to get the things we needed accomplished like the other people. Also, they were only one of 8 companies I called that would go out to the city of LIlliwaup. Met Mark the technician, the next day. He was able to do the needed repairs and preventative maintenance the same day which was something I asked about if the repairs fell in the normal range nothing more involved, otherwise I would have understood having to come out another day. But all was good and within an expected range for rodent damage. Mark was easy to work with; showed me where all the barriers were breached, showed me the fix, and built a nice door replacing the old worn one. Excelling customer service and treated me and my client with respect and care. I highly recommend this company and team of Craig and Mark. Thanks a bunch you guys!!!!
