This sale goes wayyy beyond the transaction!

This one feels especially unique because I don’t really have to say goodbye to the house!😊

When my sellers lived here, my girls had playdates here with their sweet friend. Over the past year I’ve been in and out of the home managing things while they were in Texas… and now I’ll be helping one of my best friends move in.

More gatherings, more game nights, and more memories to come in this home. ❤️

People always say don’t mix business and friendship, but this transaction was full of friendship, church community, and celebration.

This week we celebrate family friends selling their first home and another buying her first home all in one!

Why? Because I’m now licensed in both Washington and Texas and shifting my focus back to full-time sales — and it feels like such a full circle moment.

Finally getting a moment of Recess...

Today was FULL!

Dropped the girls off at school → straight to the gym, (cause AI hasn't helped me gain muscle at the click of a button yet.)💪

Then switched into momma bear mode and met with the school to advocate for my girl navigating some unkind recess moments. Nothing matters more than showing up for my girls. 🤍

Took a little reset walk in the ☀️ to Starbucks with a sweet friend (because community is everything).

Then realtor mode kicked in! 🏠

Helped one of my past clients deep clean her kitchen before a treatment she has this weekend — she needed the physical help and I had flexibility in my day, so we rolled up our sleeves together. That’s the job sometimes. Not glamorous… but so meaningful! I truly value relationships that go beyond a transaction. 💕

Did a second pre-closing walkthrough for another set of clients closing tomorrow to make sure the cleaning crew was truly top notch. (Details matter.) 👏

Headed to Tacoma for an evening full of showings, chatted on the way with a military family PCSing to Georgia about whether buying or renting makes the most sense for them.

Yes — even if you’re moving outside WA or TX, I can help you build a plan and connect you well.

Then....

Showed homes in the dark.
Searched for a lockbox for 15 minutes...in the dark.
Definitely looked suspicious enough in the dark, that I was just waiting for someone to call the cops on me.😂

Headed to the store at 8:30pm to grab closing day goodies. Picked up cake supplies. Came home, realized dinner was actually my first meal of the day (whoops), stretched and folded my sourdough, tucked it into the fridge for a final rest before baking tomorrow and then...

Realized there is an inbox full of showings feedback requests waiting for me to respond to in the morning! 📨

Now I’m ready to wash off the day and head to be SO Greatful!

Life as a single mom + working realtor + all the other hats a wear, isn’t quiet and often isn't still — but it’s deeply fulfilling and we are so very blessed beyond measure! 🥰
