Pending in Dupont!

This one is special.

A past client reached out from overseas about purchasing an investment property that could eventually become her forever home.

But when we first started talking, she wasn't even sure buying a home on her own was possible. She didn't know if she'd be able to get pre-approved, let alone actually find the house during her short time stateside.

Fast forward two weeks...

✨ Dream home found
✨ Offer accepted
✨ UNDER CONTRACT

I love getting to walk alongside clients through the moments when “I don't think I can” turns into “I can't believe we're doing this!”

So incredibly excited for her and everything this home represents. An investment for now and a place to eventually call home. 🏡

Watching a home come together one milestone at a time never gets old. This week's update from Princeton, TX means site prep is complete, the plumbing is in, the foundation has been poured, and framing starts this week!

So excited to see this home continue to take shape and can't wait to hand them the keys this fall. 🏡

This sale goes wayyy beyond the transaction!

This one feels especially unique because I don’t really have to say goodbye to the house!😊

When my sellers lived here, my girls had playdates here with their sweet friend. Over the past year I’ve been in and out of the home managing things while they were in Texas… and now I’ll be helping one of my best friends move in.

More gatherings, more game nights, and more memories to come in this home. ❤️

People always say don’t mix business and friendship, but this transaction was full of friendship, church community, and celebration.

This week we celebrate family friends selling their first home and another buying her first home all in one!
