Daniel is one of the maintenance team members here to help with some painting projects. Daniel says "On of my favorite parts of a painting project is seeing how a fresh coat of paint changes the entire feel of a space. The refreshed wall color complements the artwork and carpet beautifully, creating balance, clean, and welcome look through the hallways.
This is another project completed and another space brought back to life at Affinity at Lacey".

There’s something special about gathering with friends, sharing stories, and enjoying a refreshing drink on a beautiful summer afternoon.
Our residents recently came together for Happy Hour and spent time laughing, connecting, and making memories with neighbors.
Moments like these are what make community living so meaningful. It's not just about where you live, it's about the friendships you build and the experiences you share.
Whether it's joining an event, relaxing with friends, or simply enjoying the company of great neighbors, there's always something to look forward to at Affinity at Lacey. We also welcomed back Connie from NYC this week for the second year in a row. Affinity has been like home to her and loves to make the trek to come and see friends!

One of our wonderful residents recently stopped by to complete her November lease renewal and took advantage of our early renewal incentive program!
At Affinity at Lacey, residents receive their lease renewal paperwork 90 days before their renewal date. If you already know you'd like to stay, there's no need to wait. You can sign your new lease right away, and any changes won't take effect until your new lease term begins.
Even better, residents who sign within 7 days of receiving their renewal offer (excluding weekends and holidays) get the chance to spin our prize wheel for an instant reward and are automatically entered into an additional prize drawing!
This lucky resident landed on "Your Choice" and selected an Amazon gift card as her prize. 🎉

Just as a sunset transforms the sky into a breathtaking masterpiece, Affinity transforms everyday moments into meaningful experiences, whether it's sharing laughter with neighbors, enjoying thoughtfully designed amenities, or simply relaxing in a place that feels like home. 🎶 The Affinitones Celebrate Music, friendship, and community—the perfect way to celebrate America's birthday!🎶

Our talented Affinitones choir filled the air with patriotic melodies as they performed a special concert honoring our troops and celebrating America's 250th birthday on the Fourth of July!
Residents gathered on our beautiful outdoor patio, overlooking the courtyard and vibrant garden spaces, to enjoy an afternoon of music, community, and patriotic spirit.
From heartfelt tributes to our service members to favorite songs celebrating our nation's history, the performance was a wonderful reminder of the joy that comes from coming together in song.
A heartfelt thank you to our Affinitones and everyone who joined us for this memorable celebration. ❤️🤍💙

When the sun is shining, you'll often find these two enjoying life to the fullest! Relaxing curbside in their lawn chairs with cold drinks in hand, soaking up the beautiful summer weather, they are the definition of good vibes and great company.
Whether they're playing poker, attending community events, showing off their moves on the dance floor, or simply sharing laughs with friends, these gentlemen are always in the middle of the action.
Their positive energy, friendly personalities, and love for community make them favorites among residents and staff alike.
On this gorgeous sunny day, one even flashed a peace sign as if to say, "Life is good!" ✌️

From delicious food and festive decorations to great conversations and lots of laughter, it was a day filled with fun and patriotic spirit.
