Congratulations 🎊🍾🎉🎈to my NEWEST and DETERMINED First Time Homebuyer Mr. GT. Mr. GT was referred to me one of my bestest friend of almost 30 years! He had inquired in the past on the process of buying a home and had gotten nowhere. I connected him with and immediately strategic planning began. In less than 90 days, he went from a renter to a homeowner.

At the very last minute, we had a title issue to overcome that delayed closing.
