✨ Donna Dotson | Escrow Closer
With more than 20 years of experience in escrow closings, Donna brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the Shelton team. She’s passionate about helping transactions reach the finish line, and one of the most rewarding parts of her role is seeing clients celebrate the exciting milestone of a new home.
✨ Joyce Bevans | Limited Practice Officer
Joyce helps prepare documents and meet with customers for real estate closings. Her favorite part of the job is meeting people during different stages of their lives, and she brings an empathetic approach to what can sometimes be an emotional process. Her advice to homeowners? Buy a home you can afford while still leaving room to enjoy the good times with family and friends.
✨ Spencer Pruitt | Sales Representative
Splitting his time between Shelton and Lacey, Spencer connects agents, lenders and builders with Chicago Title’s title and escrow teams throughout the South Sound. He loves learning about people’s real estate journeys and describes the industry perfectly: “It’s a people business.” Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the pickleball court!
