We’re proud to sponsor the WORK Lakes Region How I Built This series all season long - highlighting the stories behind some of the region’s most inspiring entrepreneurs.

This week featured Cole Glaude, founder of Social Club Creamery, who shared the journey behind building a brand that’s as creative as it is community-driven.

🍺 You’ve seen it a thousand times — the mountains on a Coors can turning blue when your beer is cold.

Ever wonder who actually invented that?

Meet Terry Clayton. PhD chemist. Lakes Region local. Quiet genius.

Terry spent his career turning
molecular curiosity into real-world products — including that iconic Coors can trick. He’s designed brain-stimulating drugs that made medical journal covers, launched manufacturing plants across two continents, and trained at Harvard Business School. Now he runs his own development lab right here in New Hampshire.

On April 8, he’s sitting down with us at WORK Lakes Region to share what it really takes to go from concept to creation — and how to bring an idea to life when you don’t know where to start.
