Not just another sale - this was a special escrow. ❤️ This was the sale of my Grandparents home and I was entrusted by our family to represent. The sale of this home presented some unique challenges and took some time to close, but it was all worth it, and the extra time presented the bonus of spending more time in the home remembering the memories of family gatherings and epic pool parties. We worked through a trust, I evicted a squatter with police assist & guns drawn, and then replaced the door k**b the following day after the squatter returned overnight and ripped the door handle off, spent great time with my family cleaning out the home, and we had lengthy inspections due to the age of the home. But in the end, we handed over the keys to a lovely family who will be pouring their love and time (and money) into the home to make it their own and start making their own memories for years to come.
