Spring is right around the corner. That means IT’S TIME FOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL!!!!! If you are interested in getting your middle schooler into private lessons, please read on….The sport of Women’s Beach Volleyball has exploded over the past decade. Beach Volleyball is so fun because every player on the court is involved in every play.
Beach volleyball requires each player to learn and be good at ALL of the skills of volleyball: passing, setting, hitting, serving, defense, etc. Indoor volleyball is more specialized with specific positions.
Learning and playing beach volleyball can only help the indoor player become a better all-around player at the indoor game.
My name is Brent Frohoff and I played professionally for 19 years on the AVP Beach Volleyball Tour. I was inducted into the Beach Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2005. I have been coaching private beach volleyball lessons for several years but due to a busy schedule, I had to stop for a while. Well, I have a more flexible schedule now and I am eager and excited to coach again.
